By using our Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website or place an order.
Where you purchase from us as a business, additional wholesale or commercial terms agreed with you may also apply.
Gorsha Coffee sells Ethiopian coffee products, including coffee beans and ground coffee in different origins and roast profiles. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, weights, prices and other information are accurate.
All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we may offer an alternative, delay the order with your agreement, or cancel the affected item and refund it.
You may create a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Please provide accurate and current information.
Wholesale pricing and bulk ordering may be available to approved business customers. Minimum order quantities may apply. Separately agreed wholesale terms take priority where they conflict with these Terms.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm it for fulfilment.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). The checkout will show the total amount payable before you place your order, including applicable delivery charges and taxes where relevant.
Payment methods available will be shown during checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment card details.
Delivery options, charges and estimated times will be displayed during checkout where applicable. Please provide an accurate delivery address.
If you purchase from us as a consumer through the Website, you will normally have the right to cancel an eligible distance-sale order within 14 days after delivery, subject to applicable law.
To cancel, contact hello@gorsha.com with your name, order number and item details.
Where a valid cancellation right applies, products should be returned in suitable condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Unless the product is faulty or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for return costs.
Please contact us promptly if you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description. Email hello@gorsha.com with your order number and, where useful, photographs.
If you have a food allergy or serious dietary requirement, please contact us or speak to a member of staff before purchasing or consuming a product.
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, product restrictions and customer eligibility. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with Website operation, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
The Gorsha Coffee name, branding, logo, photography, product designs, graphics, copy and layout are owned by or licensed to Gorsha Coffee unless stated otherwise.
The Website may use third-party services for payment, hosting, delivery, analytics and other functions. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. If you are a consumer, nothing removes mandatory rights you have under UK consumer law.
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, courier failures, supplier disruption and telecommunications outages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your order will normally apply to that purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
